A course focused on introducing politics in a simple and easy way.

Funded by The Department of Foreign Affairs, this course is open to women 18-35 years old, residing in the North and West Belfast area.

 

The course is runs from February to December. Participants are required to attend two, 2hr sessions per week.

 

​Some of the topics that participants will learn in this project includes:

 

• The basics of governance

• Democracy in the UK and Ireland

• Visiting Belfast City Council, NI assembly, Dáil Éireann and Westminster
